Brendan Rodgers has saluted his Celtic team after they romped to a 5-1 win over Aberdeen in the Scottish Premiership this evening.
Daizen Maeda opened the scoring early doors before Jota soon added a second on the breakaway. Callum McGregor made it three before halftime, as Yang Hyun-jun added a fourth in the second 45.
Shayden Morris got one back for the visitors in the dying embers, but Maeda bagged his second of the night to make it five deep into stoppage time.

Post-match, Rodgers spoke out: "It was a fantastic win," he told Sky Sports.
"The result was outstanding. I've also got to remember that these guys have been playing non-stop for three and a half months now, and the level and intensity they've given me has been incredible.
"It was very good by the end."
Now 16 points clear of city rivals Rangers at the top of the Scottish Premiership, next up for Celtic is a trip to face St Mirren on Saturday evening.
Rodgers' men are now just five wins away from securing their fourth consecutive league title after yet another emphatic victory this evening.
It was, on the whole, a comfortable night in Glasgow's east end for the Parkhead side, who now turn their full attention to the SMISA Stadium, a ground where they won 3-0 on their last visit.
