Celtic face Rangers at Ibrox today in their third meeting of the 2024/25 campaign – manager Brendan Rodgers has now named his starting XI.
Kasper Schmeichel starts between the sticks, with a backline of Greg Taylor, Liam Scales, Cameron Carter-Vickers and Aliston Johnston lined up in front.
Captain Callum McGregor anchors the midfield, with Paulo Bernardo and Reo Hatate filling out the core of the Hoops' central charges.
At the top end of the pitch, a familiar trifecta of Daizen Maeda, Nicolas Kuhn and Kyogo Furuhashi fill out the remainder of the starting line-up – all three of who hit the net in Celtic's last run out against St Johnstone last weekend.
Today's match marks the second time the sides will meet in Scottish Premiership action, with Celtic having brushed their rivals aside 3-0 on September 1 at Celtic Park.
On December 15, Celtic triumphed on penalty kicks when the Scottish League Cup final finished 3-3 after extra-time.
