Brenda Edwards has been supported by her Loose Women co-stars as she marked the second anniversary of her son Jamal’s death.
The West End star, 54, dressed in Jamal’s favourite colour, Chelsea blue, as she attended a special event in London on Tuesday evening to honour his life.
Music producer Jamal died aged 31 in February 2022 after suffering a cardiac arrest brought on by mixing cocaine and alcohol.
Also in attendance at the event was Brenda’s fellow Loose Women panellist Linda Robson, 65, who posed for photos with her.
Earlier on in the day, mum-of-two Brenda had paid tribute online to the SBTV founder, who had an MBE for his services to music, and admitted she wished that she could "rewind time" to have him back.
Alongside a slew of pictures, she penned: "@jamaledwards the pain of 2 years ago today still feels so raw. I miss you so much baby, I keep wishing I could rewind time to have you back with me, this hurt is indescribable, I will celebrate your incredible life and legacy now and forevermore . Love you always Jamms #angelinheaven."
A number of Loose Women stars past and present offered messages of love and support in the comments section.
"Thinking of you today. Sending you love and the tightest hug," penned Ruth Langsford, with Coleen Nolan adding: "Love you B … we are all here for you and Jamal will always be with you!!"
Katie Piper added four blue heart emojis, while Kate Thornton told Brenda: "Sending so much love to you. He is greatly missed and never more so than by you, his incredible mum."
