Breanna Stewart is seemingly fed up with questions about the WNBA’s physicality

New York Liberty star Breanna Stewart is seemingly frustrated by the dismay that new fans are expressing about the WNBA’s physicality.

The discourse around whether or not veteran players hate Caitin Clark or if she is being targeted has consumed WNBA circles for weeks. Everyone is in on the league’s physicality, and veteran players are now being asked about it pretty often.

Earlier this week, Breanna Stewart was asked for her opinion on the matter and if she had a message for new WNBA fans. Per SNY, this is what Stewie shared with the media:

“Really to anybody — this is the best league in the world, and nobody’s going to give you anything easy, and understanding that and learning how to play through it.”

“You know, at this level…they’re the fastest, the strongest, the quickest, and that’s why this is the WNBA. So, continue to kind of pay attention to what we do. Understand that we’re trying to bring our best basketball….knowing that as a collective, we’re continuing to bring this league to a better place all together.”

As the footage from this moment began to flood social media, fans noticed that Stewie could be growing tired of the narrative and having to answer questions about it repeatedly.
