A 13-year-old boy has gone missing this weekend and police have launched an urgent search for the lad.
Police have launched an urgent appeal for the public's help in finding young Tivarnie Gayle who had not been seen or heard off as night fell on Saturday night.
The teen was last seen on Saturday afternoon (January 22) in Flagg, a village in the Peak District in the Derbyshire Dales.
Police in Derbyshire say Tivarnie may have attempted to travel to Leek or Stoke.
Police across the region are said to be looking out for Tivarnie.
A spokesperson said the Derbyshire Constabulary police force was becoming increasingly concerned for the teen's welfare as night fell on Saturday evening.
Tivarnie is described as being about 5ft 7ins and of stocky build. He was last seen wearing a black woolly hat, black puffer jacket, black hoodie, dark blue Nike jogging bottoms and sky blue trainers.
The force said on Twitter : "Can you help us find missing teenager Tivarnie Gayle? He may be heading to Leek or Stoke. We have officers searching but are asking for your help."
Anyone with information related to Tivarnie's whereabouts is urged to contact Derbyshire Police immediately on 101, quoting incident 728 of January 22.

Officers are appealing for help finding teenager Tivarnie Gayle, who has gone missing from the Flagg area.

We have officers out searching but due to the time of day, we are growing concerned for his welfare and are asking for the public’s help.
