Two charges against Katie Price, including one of speeding, have been dismissed.
The two charges were heard at a case management hearing at Crawley Magistrates’ Court on Monday, where they were dismissed as “no evidence was offered”.
The 44-year-old former glamour model had been charged with one count of exceeding the 60mph speed limit on September 13 2021, and one count of failing to provide information on January 26 this year.
Monday’s hearing had previously been listed to take place on Tuesday but was brought forward. Katie did not attend court as she is currently holidaying in Thailand with fiancé Carl Woods.
Last September, she was handed a suspended sentence after crashing her BMW on the B2135 near Partridge Green in West Sussex.
She was given a 16-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, with 100 hours of unpaid work and 20 rehabilitation activity requirement sessions to be completed within the next 12 months.
She was also disqualified from driving for two years and ordered to pay £85 costs.
Last month she avoided a potential jail sentence and was given a community order and told to pay £1,500 costs at Lewes Crown Court after pleading guilty to breaching a restraining order.
She plead guilty after sending a text to her ex-husband Kieran Hayler, calling his fiancée Michelle Penticost a "gutter s**g" in a sweary text, which indirectly broke a five-year restraining order.
The model is banned from indirectly or directly contacting Michelle following an incident at a school playground in 2019.
Katie branded Michelle a "c***ing w**re" and a "gutter s**g" in the text messages sent to her ex-husband in January this year.
When delivering his verdict on June 24, Judge Stephen Mooney told the star how in his judgement the offence was "committed out of anger" and the breach could not be "considered minor".
"In my judgement, balancing the aggravating and mitigating factors, the appropriate sentence is a medium-level community order," he added.
Katie showed no emotion as the verdict was delivered but gave a brief smile as she left the dock.
Her fiancé Carl was on hand to support Katie as the couple were seen walking hand-in-hand as they arrived at the court.
Katie's ex Kieran, 35, said he was "incredibly disappointed" by the sentencing after the hearing.
He said: "We feel a custodial sentence would have sent the right message to the public given the seriousness of Miss Price's offending."
Days after the hearing at Lewes Crown, Katie jetted off to Thailand with Carl.
Katie and Carl, 33, escaped to the Far East, where temperatures have been reaching 35 degrees, for a romantic trip together.
And it's evident Katie has been enjoying the hot weather as she was photographed sitting on the beach in a bright red two-piece bikini.
The top, which was fastened by being tied around her neck and back has square cups to cover her 32F boobs, which is the largest her breasts have ever been.
