Gemma Collins has revealed her fiancé Rami Hawash was rushed to hospital after he had a 'very serious' accident at work.
Taking to Instagram on Friday, the television personality shared a photo cuddling an injured Rami, who was wearing an eye patch and had a cut on his nose, after she drove through the night from Glasgow to London to be with him.
Gemma told her followers how Rami, 44, who runs a mechanical repair company in Romford, was in need of an operation and that she has had 'no sleep' after her car broke down on the M6 at 4.30am.
She wrote: "Glasgow to london No SLEEP. A break down in the car. but I made it back to you. Iur first week apart since dating …. I missed you.
"Also guys just before I left for my tour rami had a very serious accident on his eye and nose at work he needs an operation it’s been a really weird week leading up to my tour!!!".
The reality star said how she won't be able to relax until Rami has an operation on his eye.
Gemma added: "If you don’t laugh you would certainly cry!!! He he. We must always remain positive. Poor rami as soon as his operation is done I will be able to relax properly then."
Gemma kicked off her Big Night Out tour in Manchester on Tuesday before heading up to Glasgow.
It was reported last summer that the GC is set to set to rake in £250,000 from the tour- with a VIP meet and greet package having been sold at £113 per person.
The television personality also shared her worry for her mother Joan who crashed her car after driving into a plant pot display at garden centre.
"Also my mum drove into a ceramic plant pot display at the local garden centre!!", she said.
An emotional Gemma had earlier taken to her Instagram stories to reveal the car she was travelling in had broken down on the motorway in the early hours of Friday morning.
She said: "Guys, you couldn't write this. I'm now broken down in a car on the M6 toll. Can someone come and rescue me please?"
She then shared a snap of the deserted motorway, captioning it: "Lol I'm crying".
After finally reuniting with Rami, they headed out to a café with Gemma sharing a loved-up snap on her page.
It comes after Gemma said earlier this week she is going to start trying for a family with her fiancé Rami this year.
The former TOWIE star has previously made it known she wants children - but revealed the pair are struggling to conceive.
Gem said on her podcast the pair are considering IVF treatment.
And it seems she is ready to begin the journey in August, as she announced the news at her stand-up show - The GC's Big Night Out - in Manchester on Tuesday evening.
She performed at The Opera House on Quay Street - telling the audience how she is hoping to start trying for a baby with her fiancé in the summer.
