Benidorm star Hannah Hobley has announced the birth of her first child.
The actress, 34 - who is best known for having played Chantelle Garvey on the popular ITV series - shared the news yesterday, posting a series of photos on Instagram.
Alongside photos of her newborn baby, Hannah announced her daughter's name and apologised for being absent from Benicon - a fan convention for the show held last week.
Hannah wrote: "Please excuse my absence from @benicontv over the weekend. This little lady arrived two weeks later than expected, but she was well and truly worth the wait."

She continued the post by revealing that her and partner Nathan Smith had named their daughter Beatrice Hobley-Smith, and shared that she was born a few weeks ago.
Hannah said: "[Nathan] and I would like to proudly introduce you all to our daughter, Beatrice Hobley-Smith. Born on the 5th November. A date we will always remember."
Hannah further commented: "For those that did attend [the fan convention], you will have gotten the first glimpse of Beatrice last night at the Benidorm Palace (virtually)".
The actor - whose credits also include BBC show Cranford - described parenthood as "incredible". She concluded: "The past 16 days have been incredible. She is amazing!"
The post has attracted an outpouring of well-wishes, with fellow actor Cheryl Fergison among those who commented. She wrote: "Congratulations you two mama and papa".
Hannah is best known for her role on Benidorm, having played the character Chantelle - also known as Telle. She appeared on the show from 2007 until her departure in 2009.
She played the daughter of Mick Garvey (Steve Pemberton) and Janice Garvey (Siobhan Finneran).
