Juventus have confirmed that they will face Arsenal in a mid-season friendly during the World Cup break.
The friendly is set to be played at the Emirates Stadium on Saturday, December 17. The Gunners will be back in Premier League action on Boxing Day as they take on West Ham in north London on Sunday, December 26.
Mikel Arteta is keen to keep players left behind during the World Cup fresh with Arsenal having 10 players representing the north London outfit out in Qatar. Arsenal are taking part in the Dubai Cup next month alongside Premier League rivals Liverpool, AC Milan and Lyon.

Arteta's side will take on Lyon on Thursday, December 8 before facing Serie A champions AC Milan on Tuesday, December 13. Speaking about the upcoming camp, Arteta said: “We’re looking forward to spending time together on the training pitch in a warmer climate.
"It’ll be a nice change of environment and a great opportunity for us to work hard and prepare for the second half of the season. Dubai is a fantastic place and the football facilities there are first-class.
"The Dubai Super Cup also gives us the opportunity to test ourselves against two strong sides in Lyon and AC Milan – it’ll be a great experience for the squad.”
Arsenal will finalise preparations for the resumption of the Premier League with a game against Juve, who have struggled in Serie A this season. It will see former transfer target Dusan Vlahovic play against the Gunners after the Serbian striker opted to sign for The Old Lady ahead of the Gunners earlier this year in the January transfer window.
