Brazil manager Tite has confirmed that PSG star Neymar will be fit for their last-16 clash against South Korea on Monday. Neymar missed Brazil's last two group games with an ankle injury suffered against Serbia in Brazil's first fixture in Qatar.
The 30-year-old was withdrawn in the final 10 minutes of the 2-0 victory against Serbia for Man United star Antony and it was later confirmed he would at the very least miss the remaining group stage matches with damage suffered to the ligaments in his right ankle.
Brazil coped without their star man, finishing top of group G, despite their defeat to Cameroon on Friday, thus setting up a last-16 fixture with South Korea.

Tite, as cited by Marca, offered his prediction on Neymar soon after Brazil's match with Serbia, saying "I think Neymar and Danilo will still play in the World Cup, that's my opinion. On medical issues, I can't talk about it, because I'm not in that position. We believe they will be available to play."
Brazil have already lost Alex Telles to injury and football.london understands that Arsenal star Gabriel Jesus will also not feature for the remainder of the World Cup, but Tite has revealed Neymar will be back in the team for the South Korea match.
When asked whether or not Neymar would play against South Korea, Tite said: “Yes, he will be available. He will train with us this afternoon [Sunday], if everything goes well, he will play”.
The return of Neymar, permitting he gets through Brazil training unharmed, is a massive boost for one of the tournament favourites ahead of their clash with Son Heung-min's South Korea.
