Braxton Berrios has confidence in Zach Wilson as the New York Jets quarterback enters his second season.
Why? Because he’s been there.
Berrios isn’t a quarterback, but as a player entering his fourth year in the NFL, the receiver has been through the transition from being a rookie to a Year 2 player. Things come easier.
“It’s a different world, coming into Year 2 in the NFL,” Berrios said.
Berrios personally thrived toward the end of last season, catching four of his five touchdowns from Weeks 14-16. It helped him land an extension with the team.
But Berrios sounds like he attributes some of that to growth from Wilson. The wideout said he saw some improvement in the second half of last year from the QB.

"He looks a lot more comfortable. Everything is a little quicker and he demands the huddle really well now."
