Former Countryfile host Julia Bradbury has shared a candid snap of her hernia scars four months after undergoing life-saving surgery.
The telly star, 49, is on holiday in Greece and uploaded a picture to Instagram showing her pointing to the marks on her tummy.
She wrote: "Sunset by: Greece, Bikini by: Zimmermann, Scar by: The David Knott Foundation (Triple hernia recovery scar)."
The mum-of-three was left seriously ill earlier this year after putting off a hernia op for almost 12 months.
Her condition became so serious she was told she could have died if she'd left it any longer.

Speaking to Express Online, Julia explained: "Surgery was essential. I had two umbilical hernias in my stomach and the third was an inguinal in my groin, which is not a good one, I could have died.
"I left it a year to have them done and shouldn’t have.
"The most difficult thing has been not lifting anything, including the children, because I realise how often I do it.
"At the moment, I just have to stand there, and say, “I’m really sorry, can you lift that in the car for me, please?” I feel useless!"

The hernias built up due to endometriosis, a condition in which tissue similar to the lining of the womb starts to grow in other parts of the body, as well as becoming a mum later in life.
Julia's first child, a son, was born when she was 40 and twin girls followed at 43 after she underwent IVF treatment.
