Are you ready to put your brain to the test? There are countless brain teasers and puzzles circulating on the internet that can challenge even the most brilliant minds. These mental exercises are said to be great for improving your intelligence and cognitive abilities if practised regularly.

One of the most popular brain teasers involves counting all the triangles in a given figure.

While some people can solve it quickly, others find it very difficult. If you're struggling with this puzzle, here are some tips to help you out:

- Look for bigger triangles first, as they are easier to spot than smaller ones.

If you managed to solve the puzzle within one minute, congratulations! You may have an above-average IQ. But don't worry if you couldn't find all the triangles or if it took you longer than expected. With regular practice, you can improve your mental agility and master this and other brain teasers. Check out the solution at the end of this article if you need some help. And stay tuned for more mind-bending challenges to keep your brain sharp!

Here's the solution:

There are a total of 24 triangles hidden in this picture. The easiest way to count them is to start at the top and work your way down. First, count the four triangles in the top row. Then, focus on the extreme left corner of the next row and count the three triangles in that column. Next, move to the tip of the triangle to the right of that column and count the three triangles there. Finally, count the three triangles in the extreme right corner of that row. Repeat this process for each row of triangles, working your way down until you reach the bottom of the picture. When you're done, you should have counted a total of 24 triangles.
