Bradley Walsh breaks social media silence amid TV show move

Bradley Walsh has broken his silence on social media, after almost six months without any updates on his Instagram page.

It comes after the TV star was "told off" ahead of a new show move. Bradley is probably best known for fronting popular ITV quiz show The Chase.

But he was back for a new series of another programme on Tuesday. The 63-year-old and his son Barney Walsh have been off filming again recently, and Breaking Dad returned to ITV as the two took on Latin and Central America.

And ahead of the programme airing on Tuesday, Bradley felt compelled to update his many Instagram followers after being "told off" by show bosses. He said: "Hello Instas, I forgot to tell everyone. They've told me off, now I've got to tell you, 'cause they've told me... and now I'm telling you.

"ITV 9 o'clock tonight, we're on at nine, not at eight. All the kiddiewinks you've got to stay up and watch it." Before adding: "What will Barney make me do now?"

This is the fifth series of Breaking Dad, and follows Bradley and Barney as they explore Latin America, taking in the sights along the way. Pointless host Alexander Armstrong is back again as narrator, and the series has seven episodes.

The father and son will travel through Mexico, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Panama.
