The film follows Pitt as a former driver who makes a comeback to Formula 1, teaming up with Damson Idris's character at the fictional team APXGP.

Notably, the movie was created in collaboration with ten Formula 1 teams, with scenes filmed during real F1 races, adding an authentic touch to the high-octane action sequences. The star-studded cast includes Kerry Condon, Javier Bardem, Tobias Menzies, Sarah Niles, Kim Bodnia, and Samson Kayo, alongside Pitt and Idris.

Directed by Joseph Kosinski and produced by Jerry Bruckheimer, the film is set to hit theaters in North America on June 27, 2025, with an international release starting on June 25. The project brings together the creative team behind Top Gun: Maverick, promising a visually stunning and adrenaline-pumping cinematic experience for audiences.

Furthermore, the movie secured a distribution deal with Apple, ensuring a significant theatrical release through Warner Bros. The agreement includes a theatrical window of at least 30 days, underscoring the commitment to delivering the film to audiences on the big screen.
