Brad Pitt Seeks Disclosure Of Angelina Jolie's Ndas In Court

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are embroiled in a complex legal dispute involving their divorce, custody of their children, and the ownership of Château Miraval winery. The latest development in their ongoing feud revolves around non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and abuse allegations.

Jolie recently accused Pitt of attempting to control her by requesting her to sign an NDA during negotiations for the sale of Miraval. In response, Pitt's legal team filed a motion demanding Jolie to disclose other NDAs she may have entered into with third parties, including her personal staff. The motion suggests that such disclosures could shed light on the nature of Jolie's objections to the NDA proposed by Pitt.

Jolie's attorneys argue that the NDAs she was asked to sign are standard business contracts meant to protect assets, such as her stake in Château Miraval. They also claim that Pitt had a history of physical abuse towards Jolie and their children, dating back before the infamous 2016 plane incident that led to their divorce.

The legal battle has escalated with Pitt seeking to unwind the sale of Jolie's stake in the winery to a Russian billionaire, effectively making him the majority shareholder. Meanwhile, Jolie is attempting to dismiss Pitt's breach of contract claim in a California court.

A hearing on disclosure is scheduled for May 16, with a full trial not expected to take place this year. The case highlights the complexities of high-profile divorces and the legal intricacies involved in resolving disputes over shared assets and custody arrangements.
