Boyband singer Keith Duffy has shed 15kg to take his weight down to 88kg in a bid to get his "mojo back".
The actor and singer shed the pounds across three months as part of a health and fitness regime that saw him make lifestyle changes after he was left feeling "depressed, self conscious and down".
Across the 12 weeks he slimmed down from 103kg to 88kg but says the biggest benefits have been to his mental health and happiness.
The singer, who has also appeared on Coronation Street, is best known for his time in Boyzone and now appears as part of boyband Boyzlife alongside former Westlife star Brian McFadden.
Showing the transformation on his Instagram page, Keith told 159,000 followers: "On the 1st of Feb I was 103kg and felt depressed self conscious and down in myself.
"Knowing the opening night of @officialboyzlife Old school PII was About 12 weeks away I decided to fight all the demons and take care of myself.

Actor Sean Maguire commented on the post to celebrate his mate's hard work as he wrote: "Well done pal, but whatever weight you are you’re a beautiful person. Love ya mate."
Fans also congratulated the star on his slimmer look, as one wrote: "Your looking fantastic and I'm loving your hair."
Another added: "Epic results brother, kudos to you and your hard work."
"Well Done Keith. You Are Looking Gorgeous and Beautiful," said a third.
The health and fitness kick comes as Keith also teased fans that he could well make a return to ITV's Coronation Street in future.
Last month Keith teased fans that he might return to the soap where he played barman Ciaran McCarthy between 2002 and 2005.
