A 16-year-old boy has been charged with murder after a woman was shot dead in Hackney, east London, on Tuesday evening. Lianne Gordon, 42, died at the scene after police were called to the incident in the early evening on 5 December.
The teenager has also been charged with the attempted murder of a 20-year-old man and a boy, 16, according to the Metropolitan police. The pair were taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and have since been discharged.
The boy was also charged with the possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life and with possession with intent to supply class A drugs.
The teenager was detained in the early hours of Friday morning and had remained in custody. He will appear at Barkingside magistrates court on Monday.
The three people shot were believed to have known one another but were not related, the Met added.
Detectives say the woman who died and the two wounded males were found outside a property in Vine Close, and believe that is where the shooting took place.
It is understood that other people besides the three victims were at the property at the time of the shooting.
