A teenager has been arrested on suspicion of assault and robbery after a man was slapped and punched in the face on a train in Bexley.
The victim, an older man, refuses to retaliate as a boy punches him in the face and goads him in shocking footage posted to social media.
He suffered facial injuries and had his electric scooter stolen, according to British Transport Police after the violent robbery on April 25 at 10.50pm.
The vile footage appears to show the victim being surrounded and told to hand over his belongings on the carriage.
One robber in between landing blows barks at the sitting man: “You got cash? I will break your f***ing nose. I will pop your nose again fam, get up.
“Are you going to fight back?
Another adds: “We will take your bag, he’s got a passport.”
British Transport Police spokesperson said a 15-year-old boy had been arrested and bailed in connection with the suspected robbery.
They said: “Officers received a report of a robbery on a train in Bexley, which took place on Apri 25 at around 10.50pm.
“A man was assaulted, suffering facial injuries, and had his electric scooter stolen.
“Following a number of enquiries by officers, a 15-year-old boy was arrested in connection and has been bailed while the investigation continues.
