Bournemouth vs Man City - LIVE!
Manchester City are through to yet another FA Cup semi-final after coming from behind to knock out Bournemouth. Pep Guardiola’s side were beaten by the Cherries on their last visit to the Vitality Stadium earlier in the season, and for 45 minutes it looked like they were going to suffer the same fate from the Premier League fixture.
However, some inspired substitutions from the Spanish tactician in the second half proved to be the difference and Man City will face Nottingham Forest at Wembley Stadium next month for the chance to reach a third consecutive FA Cup final. Evanilson bundled the ball home to give the hosts the lead, slightly against the run of play after Erling Haaland saw his penalty saved by Kepa.
Man City were level early in the second half when Nico O'Reilly put the ball on a plate for Haaland who slid in at the back post. The Norwegian limped off on the hour mark, though his replacement Omar Marmoush made an instant impact with the winner. Follow the game back with Standard Sport’s LIVE blog below!

Iraola heaps praise on Guardiola
15:15 , Tashan Deniran-AlleyneBournemouth boss Andoni Iraola has heaped praise on Pep Guardiola ahead of this afternoon’s FA Cup quarter-final showdown.
"Pep Guardiola is the best manager I've known. I have no doubts," he said.
"There is a structure, organisation, multiple options, but at the end of the day, I think what he tries to do is put the player in the best scenario to let him shine."

Man City's route
15:10 , Tashan Deniran-AlleyneManchester City have enjoyed a favourable FA Cup run, in terms of ties, thus far.
They thrashed League 2 opposition in Salford 8-0 in round three before surviving a scare away at League 1 Leyton Orient in round four and then came from behind to see off Championship giant-killers Plymouth in round five.

Bournemouth's route
15:05 , Tashan Deniran-AlleyneBournemouth began their 2024/25 FA Cup run with an emphatic 5-1 win over West Brom in round three, despite falling behind against the Championship side.
They followed that up with an impressive 2-0 win away at Everton before overcoming Wolves via a penalty shootout in the last round.

Predicted Man City XI
15:00 , Tashan Deniran-AlleyneThere were concerns over Josko Gvardiol’s fitness after he came off during the international break while playing for Croatia against France, but he is expected to be available to start.
Omar Marmoush will hope to start behind Erling Haaland, which would leave the likes of Phil Foden, Jack Grealish, Savinho and Jeremy Doku competing for the two places out wide.
Predicted Man City XI: Ortega; Lewis, Khusanov, Dias, Gvardiol; Gonzalez, Gundogan; Savinho, Marmoush, Doku; Haaland

Guardiola: FA Cup success would not change poor season
14:55 , Tashan Deniran-AlleyneMan City are relying on the FA Cup if they are to finish the season with any domestic silverware.
But Pep Guardiola has said lifting the trophy at Wembley in May would not be enough to make up for a frustrating campaign.
"Of course it would be nice to arrive in the final of the FA Cup and win it, and qualify for the Champions League," Guardiola said.
"That would be a big success but the season has been poor and it's not going to change.
"Our standards and many things were not good, this is the reality. That's not going to change for the fact we win one title or qualify for the Champions League.
"We'll be happy, of course. We want to do it but the season has not been good."

Andoni Iraola values FA Cup success over playing in Europe
14:50 , Tashan Deniran-AlleyneBournemouth boss Andoni Iraola insists winning the FA Cup is more important than qualifying for Europe.
"The FA Cup is, for me, much more important than playing in Europe. It's a title," he said in an interview with Guillem Balague for BBC 5 Live's Football Daily.
"Sometimes they talk about the cup competitions as a way to get into Europe. I don't care about Europe.
"We are playing in a final, we are fighting for a title. For me, it's much more important."

When is the FA Cup semi-final draw?
14:45 , Tashan Deniran-AlleyneThe FA Cup semi-final draw takes place today, following Preston vs Aston Villa quarter-final tie.
As the game at Deepdale Stadium kicked off at 1.30pm BST, the draw will not be held before 3.30pm.
