Now that we are getting a clear idea of how the NBA’s new collective bargaining agreement (CBA) could affect the Boston Celtics‘ team-building efforts this offseason, we are seeing a spike in potential trade ideas for the ball club with an effort to cleaning up the books in future seasons as much as rebalancing the roster moving forward.
