Former Rangers full back Borna Barisic could make a stunning comeback to sign for Dinamo Zagreb....ten years after he made his only appearance for them.
The Croatian defender has played a total of just 355 minutes for Trabzonspor after his summer move and is out of the first team picture under manager Senol Gunes.
The 32-year-old ex-Croatia international quit Rangers in the summer after 236 appearances for the Ibrox side. He moved along with teammate John Lundstram to ambitious Trabzonspor, but both are facing uncertain futures in Turkish football.
Trabzonpsor want to rip up Barisic's contract and come to a mutual agreement about the remainder of his deal, which still has another 18 months to go.

They did the same to Barisic's former international colleague Mislav Orsic earlier this month, with the ex-Southampton star now a free agent after he did a deal with Trabzonspor.
And Dinamo have expressed a serious interest in signing Barisic for the second time.
Ten years ago, he moved to Dinamo from hometown club Osijek but played only one game for the Zagreb club before returning to Osijek where his career took off and he eventually clinched his move to Ibrox in 2018.
Now he could be set for emotional homecoming to his own county and back to Dinamo.
