Lorraine Kelly claimed Boris Johnson looked "frightened" as she responded to the Prime Minister appearing to not know who she is.
Mr Johnson stunned Susanna Reid with his remark during an interview on yesterday's edition of Good Morning Britain. As the allotted interview time was drawing to a close, Susanna said: "Lorraine is waiting to take up all the issues you brought up in this interview".
Mr Johnson hit back: "Who's Lorraine?" Susanna replied: "Who's Lorraine?' Lorraine's a legend".

Richard Madeley and Susanna addressed the exchange on Wednesday's edition of the ITV news programme as they spoke to Lorraine about what to expect on today's edition of her self-titled chat show. The Scottish presenter was in hysterics as Susanna claimed it was "the Lorraine moment to end all Lorraine moments".
Lorraine added: "I don't expect people to know who I am. Do you not think he thought I was waiting in the wings to jump on him and interview him?
"He looked frightened as if I was going to run in." Susanna claimed she believes the Prime Minister was trying to make a joke.
She added: "I think he actually does because he'd be the only person in the country who doesn't know who Lorraine Kelly is." Susanna grilled the Prime Minister over the cost-of-living crisis in yesterday's interview - and prompted Mr Johnson to make a startling confession.
The Prime Minister initially said the government is "doing everything we can to help with the pressures on family budgets". But when Susanna pushed him on this and asked why he wasn't imposing a windfall tax on the energy companies, he eventually admitted the government could be doing more.
Mr Johnson said: "This country is in an insane position taking electricity from France and elsewhere because we haven't done enough to invest in our own security of supply." Susanna quickly interjected with: "So let the energy companies invest, and at the same time why don't you impose a windfall tax?
"In order to help people right now who are paying energy bills gone up hundreds to be told we need to leave energy companies invest, that's their job. Your job is to help people pay their bills".
