BORIS Johnson has been spotted in Greece enjoying his second holiday in as many weeks while households continue to grapple with a cost-of-living crisis.
The jet-setting caretaker Prime Minister has only recently returned from a week in Slovenia at five-star eco hotel Vila Planinka, where room prices range from £242 to £541 per night for a corner deluxe apartment with a terrace to enjoy “views of idyllic nature”.
But it would seem that was not enough for him as he has now been seen with his wife Carrie in a supermarket in Greece.
The couple were spotted shopping for groceries by locals, filling up two baskets with groceries, including bottles of wine from the fridge.
According to Greek website In, the Johnsons were in Nea Makri, a sun-soaked coastal town near Athens.

In a clip, Johnson was seen paying for his goods using the self-checkout tills, before loading it into a waiting SUV.
All the while, the Bank of England has forecast a recession set to last for more than a year, inflation to peak in excess of 13%, rising unemployment and falling real terms living standards.
And the latest forecasts suggest energy bills could exceed £5000-a-year by the spring.
SNP MP Stewart Hosie said Johnson was continuing to tarnish the title of PM as he prepares to depart Number 10 for his successor - Liz Truss of Rishi Sunak - to take office next month.
And he insisted independence was the only way for Scotland to build a more prosperous, Tory-free future.
Hosie said: "With each passing day, Boris Johnson continues to besmirch the office he holds.
"Sadly though, while he disappears to warmer climates, his future successors are doing nothing to ease the Tory-made cost of living crisis.
"It's clear that regardless of who wins this toxic race to the right Tory leadership, Scotland will lose.
"Only with the full powers of independence can we forge a more prosperous future, and rid ourselves of the Tories once and for all."
A Labour spokesperson added: “On the evidence of the last few months it seems to make little difference if the Prime Minister is in the office or on holiday.
“It’s all just one big party for Boris Johnson while the country struggles with the Tory cost-of-living crisis."
