Boots shoppers say their skin has 'never looked so good' after trying new No7 range released this week

Boots shoppers have praised a "ground-breaking" new range of No7 skincare as "perfect", with some saying they "couldn't recommend it more" after receiving compliments on the difference it made to their skin.

The No7 Future Renew range is described as a "world first" for the beauty industry, with all products containing a super peptide blend designed to reverse visible signs of skin damage. Developed following 15 years of research, the skincare has been hailed as the "biggest cosmetic science innovation in No7's history" and has already rave reviews from thousands testers.

Overwhelming demand for the new range saw queues form at Boots stores across the country, while the retailer's website crashed on Wednesday as shoppers rushed to buy the products. The Future Renew collection consists of four items: day cream, night cream, face serum and eye serum, which No7 recommends using together for a "game-changing" skincare routine.

Prices for the new collection start from £24.95, but Boots is currently offering 3-for-2 on the range - and shoppers can also save £10 and get free standard delivery using code REVERSE10 on the Boots website. The four products are also available as a bundle for £85, saving £44.80 compared to buying them separately.

Here's what shoppers and testers have had to say about each product in the range so far.

No7 Future Renew Day Cream

The No7 Future Renew Day Cream is priced at £34.95 when not on offer. The cream is formulated with SPF 40 to help protect the skin from UV sun damage, and keeps skin moisturised for up to 72 hours as well as leaving it brighter, healthier and more supple within as little as one week, according to Boots.

The cream has a rating of 4.2 stars overall from Boots shoppers, with just over 82% of testers recommending it to others. One person who gave it five stars said: "Fantastic Day cream, high SPF which is great as protection in the sun, leaves my skin feeling, smoother, more even toned, hydrated and my fine lines on my forehead have disappeared, I love this product."

Someone else wrote: "Have used this for 10 weeks alongside the serum and night cream and my skin feels brighter and tighter. The cream is light and easily absorbed."

And a third shopper praised: "Oh wow, this is awesome. I have found my day cream for life - this is lovely on my skin."

However, at the other end of the scale, one shopper who gave the cream a one-star review said: "I did not like this cream at all it was too oily and thick for my skin. I wouldn't buy this or recommend it." The verdict seems to be positive overall though - the cream has five reviews in total that are just one-star or two-star, compared to 106 reviews rated three or four stars and 91 five-star ratings.

No7 Future Renew Night Cream

The No7 Future Renew Night Cream also has a full price tag of £34.95. The anti-ageing moisturising cream is designed to aid the skin's repair process overnight, and like the rest of the range was tested on over 4,000 shoppers before going on sale.

This cream has an impressive rating of 4.6 stars on the Boots website based on just over 200 reviews, with 93% of users recommending it. One person wrote in their review: "Perfect texture and woke up to a good skin day! Never used night creams but this is a game changer!"

Another fan said: "I have been using this cream with the day cream for over three weeks now. I find it very hydrating at night time, great feeling on your skin. I have noticed my skin being more plump and youthful looking. Great results in a short amount of time, great quality cream, worth a try for sure."

And a different review read: "Beautiful night cream, it left my skin feeling smoother, brighter and I've had comments on how nice my skin is looking."

Although roughly nine in 10 reviews rated the cream either four or five stars, the cream has had a smattering of negative reviews. One shopper who was not impressed by it said: "I have used this with the day cream and find them too thick and the scent is too strong for me. Feels like a cheap cream. I do like the serum in this range however."

No7 Future Renew Serum

Available in 50ml or 25ml, the No7 Future Renew Serum is £42.95 for the larger size or £34.95 for the smaller size when sold at full price. Boots suggests using the serum after applying facial cleanser, before following it up with day cream or night cream from the range.

The serum is recommended by 95% of Boots shoppers with a rating of 4.5 so far. One fan of the product said: "I received a sample product a week ago and I'm already seeing a difference with my skin. My work colleagues have noticed the improvements also. I think this is going to be a major game changer for people's skin."

Someone else wrote: "This super light serum just disappears into my skin as it's so easily absorbed. I've only been using it for 4 weeks but I'm already beginning to see a difference. My skin looks brighter and more even, I can see that my fine lines are less visible and my skin is more hydrated, smoother and plumped up."

And another person praised: "I've been using this serum for around a month now, my skin has never looked so good! Sinks into the skin quickly, leaves me skin feeling hydrated and glowy. Goes perfectly with the creams in the range!! Couldn't recommend more."

The serum has no one-star reviews, but one person who gave it two stars said: "After regular use for five plus weeks - along with other products in the range - I haven't seen an improvement in any of the target areas - fine lines, texture or tone and still have some dryness."

But No7 replied to the review: "The speed at which you'll see the benefits of this product will be personal to each individual and we are sorry to hear that you haven't noticed an improvement. Please be assured that during the study of this serum, 97% of our volunteers saw an improvement in multiple signs of skin damage within 6 months."

No7 Future Renew Eye Serum

The No7 Future Renew Eye Serum is the cheapest of the range at £24.95 full price. The serum is designed to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, as well as refreshing and rejuvenating the eye area.

The serum has a 4.4 star rating from testers based on 200 reviews, with nearly 94% of people recommending it to others. One impressed shopper wrote in their review: "Am not usually one for eye creams but this eye serum is beautiful so silky and soft ,perfect for the delicate eye area!"

Someone else remarked: "Absolutely loving this product. This is the first eye product I have truly liked and I'm in my 50s! It's so lightweight and a lovely texture. I have religiously been using it day and night for a couple of weeks now. Definitely seeing a difference, skin tone and general appearance of the skin is looking so much better."

And a third person said: "This eye serum is a must have, good moisturiser as well as a good treatment, I have been using it for seven days now and I can already see an amazing difference. The skin looks firmer and my dark circles are much lighter. You won't be disappointed!"

While the serum has no one-star reviews and just two two-star reviews so far, the criticisms were similar to that of the face serum. One disappointed shopper said: "I haven't noticed any improvement in the appearance of fine lines, after using regularly for about five weeks and don't feel I would benefit from using it over a longer period."

However, No7 replied to repeat their findings that 97% of testers reported seeing improvement in their skin within six months. You can shop the whole Future Renew range on the Boots website.
