Boots customers have been heaping praise on an anti-aging cream that many are saying made them look 'instantly younger'. The moisturiser has racked up over 1,000 five star reviews on the high street retailer's website after leaving shoppers' skin 'soft and plump'.
The Shiseido Essential Energy Hydrating Cream has been described as 'magic' by some, while others were obsessed with how 'hydrating' it is.
Shoppers of all ages have been claiming it 'refreshes the skin' and 'removes fine lines', acting as an 'airy' and 'soft' moisturiser that penetrates into the skin leaving it with a glowing hydration, the Liverpool Echo reports.

According to the Boots product description, the cream is said to 'activate your skin's ability' to produce deep moisture to prevent fine lines. Powered by Ginseng RED and Hyaluronic Acid, the cream reportedly reduces the appearance of fine lines less in up to two weeks.
It offers 'essential' moisture for a healthy and vibrant look. This airy, soft moisturiser gives quick and deep penetration to keep charging your skin with glowing hydration.
In a test using 103 women, 93 per cent of users claimed that their skin 'immediately' felt moisturised after the very first use. According to 73 per cent of women, the fine lines were less visible just after two weeks.
The £49 moisturiser is being hailed as a 'must have' by Boots shoppers, who have left over 1.4k glowing reviews on the Boots website. With a total of 4.6 starts out of 5, many shoppers are loving the cream.
How to use the cream:
- Use every morning and night, after cleansing.
- Take cream onto the fingertips and apply it to the cheeks, forehead, nose and chin.
- Smooth the cream gently over the face, starting in the larger areas such as the cheeks and forehead. Move from the center of the face outward.
Among the reviews, one shopper said: "My super sensitive skin drank in this shower rich, hydrating cream without becoming greasy. I love how refreshed my skin feels when using this hydrating cream!!"
A second shopper added: "My skin felt smooth and moisturised for the whole day. Loved how it felt and it wasn't even heavy, you could barely feel the product on your skin."
A third review read: "This cream is just amazing! I have been using it for 5 days and my skin feels so relaxed and hydrated than before!"
