Boots makes major change to Advantage Cards that will impact every shopper

Boots has announced major changes to its Advantage Card scheme in a move that is bound to make shoppers happy.

The high street cosmetics retailer has confirmed that members of its loyalty scheme will be able to make even more savings across thousands of product lines, such as health, beauty, suncare and baby products.

It will include a brand new permanent 10 percent discount across the Boots’ own label range, which has grown in popularity as shoppers look for affordable, yet still high quality products. Items included in the promotion range from face wipes and cotton wool pads to baby and health products.

The promotion will include the Boots Everyday label, which was launched last year to help shoppers find essential products at the lowest prices. Boots has said that, since its launch, the Everyday label has seen 2,500 items bought every hour.

Additionally, the cosmetics giant has also announced that it has expanded its Price Advantage scheme. The initiative, first trialled in 2021, will now offer card holders savings on over 1,000 well-known brands each month.

Pete Markey, Chief Marketing Officer at Boots comments: "Customers want instant savings so we’ve expanded Price Advantage to a huge 1,000 lines each month, with savings on some of our big name and most popular products.

"And with more customers choosing our own label products, we’re also adding an always on, instant 10% off our Boots Brand range, giving Boots Advantage Card holders money off 1000s of quality products from our trusted Boots brand."

The 10 percent discount and extended Price Advantage are not the only savings that Boots is offering shoppers. The retailer has also confirmed it has extended its price-lock promotion to cover over 400 essentials until August.
