'Sophie Says' author and founder Esther Marshall said in a statement: “My mission is to help create a world where all children grow up feeling equipped and empowered to face their futures.

"Our new 'Sophie Says' affirmations cards will help parents and carers communicate with their children and encourage them to express their feelings from an early age to help children, avoid harmful stereotypes before they set in.”

The royal couple - who are parents to Prince Archie, five, and three-year-old Princess Lilibet - are among the stars who have praised 'Sophie Says' books.

In an interview with Esther, Prince Harry previously said: “I love it."

Saturdays singer Frankie Bridge - who has sons Parker, 10, and nine-year-old Carter with husband Wayne Bridge - is also a fan.

She said: "I wish something like this was around when I was younger. The sooner children can learn how to talk about their feelings the better".

Mother-of-three Emma Willis is keen to reassure her children about their feelings.

She said: "It's so important our kids know that every emotion is normal regardless of gender and stereotypes - these books are amazing!"

For every book sold, Sophie Says will gift another to a child who doesn’t have a book of their own. So far, Sophie Says has donated 40,000 books to charities across the UK. For more information visit www.sophiesaysofficial.com
