Bolton Wanderers will take on Championship side Watford as the club announced its latest pre-season friendly.
Wanderers will take on the Hornets at the relegated Premier League side's London Colney training base on Tuesday, July 12, with a 3pm kick-off. It becomes the second Championship side Ian Evatt's men will face this pre-season, which includes a home game versus Huddersfield Town.
Wanderers are currently out in Portugal on a training camp, but will return soon for the beginning of their pre-season fixture list. It begins next Tuesday evening with a trip to Longridge Town, a repeat of how they began pre-season last term.

From there, the first Saturday fixture will be against Chorley on July 2, before a midweek behind closed doors clash against Stockport County. The clash versus the Hatters will not take place at either club's stadium owing to pitch renovation work at both Edgeley Park and the University of Bolton Stadium.
The clash against Watford replaces a gap in the fixture list created after the planned match against Oldham Athletic was cancelled after fans voiced their displeasure over the game taking place. A clash against Atherton Collieries follows a day after the Hornets game.
Wanderers travel to Brunton Park to take on League Two Carlisle United on Saturday, July 16. A midweek game on the road versus Bamber Bridge follows, before the only home game of the pre-season fixture schedule on Saturday, July 23, versus Huddersfield.
Wanderers take on Southport in the midweek before the League One season begins on Saturday, July 30. The club's new 'B' team take on Warrington Town on the evening of Tuesday, August 2.
