Aberdeen striker Bojan Miovski is now targeting England after scoring again for North Macedonia.
The 23-year-old was left delighted after he netted for his country in their win against the Faroe Islands on Monday night to score his 18th goal of the season in all competitions. It was his second strike for North Macedonia in his 15th appearance having scored against Gibraltar last summer in the Nations League.
North Macedonia face a trip to Wembley to play England this summer in the Euro 2024 qualifiers and the striker is looking forward to making a further impact after finding form with the Dons in the Scottish Premiership. He said: "I'm glad I managed to show my good form for my club side into the international team and score a goal.
"We have had two good wins against Malta and the Faroe Islands during this international break and we should be satisfied with that. In June we play England and Ukraine and that's two huge games for us.
"It will be very important for me to get a lot of game time with Aberdeen before then. The more I play with Aberdeen, the more chance I have of getting into the team when we play the summer matches."
