A bodybuilder with the 'world's biggest biceps' has shared grim pictures from his hospital bed after being rushed in for an emergency operation.
MMA fighter Szymon Komandos suffered the side effects of a dangerous body enhancement drug which sparked the hospital dash, report Daily Star.
Szymon has become a well-known figure in the wrestling world after for possessing abnormally large arms due to pumping them with a dangerous oil called Synthol.
Due to this abuse, his biceps have grown enormously, and have left him with unusually large biceps for his body type.
However, the Polish native has now revealed doctors had to horrifyingly squeeze the Synthol out of his arms.

The bodybuilder, who has been dubbed the "Polish king of Synthol", shared gruesome photos on Instagram from his hospital bed showing a long line of stitches on his arm.
He even posted another snap of him lying in the hospital bed which he said was taken after a first round of surgery.
Thankfully, there were no life-threatening complications to Szymon after this surgery.
The strongman, who has a Mike Tyson-esque facial tattoo has been very open about his use of various drugs and ailments to enhance his physique.
He previously told Gazeta: "I take testosterone, the dose is 100mg every other day, masteron 400mg a week, oxa 5mg a day, I will add hormone to that.
"This is my current cycle. There's a lot of it, so I can't remember everything."

Despite the setback, the MMA star has admitted that he will not let anything get in his way and he will continue to fight, adding: "Don't even consider that I'm going soft or losing hope."
Recently, a Russian bodybuilder dubbed "Popeye" had to undergo life-saving surgery to remove rotting flesh from his triceps after he injected them with oil.
Kirill Tereshin, 24, had to have to rounds of surgery to drain his arms of fluid caused after he injected Synthol and was told by doctors that had he waited any longer, he could have died.
While synthetic oil substance is common among bodybuilders to give their muscles a proper shape, overuse can cause serious complications and can be very dangerous to a persons health.
There are numerous side effects of Synthol, as they can cause damage of nerves, oil embolic of the pulmonary, occlusion of the pulmonary artery, myocardial infarction, cerebral stroke and infectious complications.
Synthetic oil is illegal to use in the USA.
However, despite its risks it is still legal in many countries, including Poland.
