The body of a woman was found at a home last week as police look to trace her next of kin.
Cheshire Police were called to Dover Close in Murdishaw, Runcorn, on Thursday morning, where officers confirmed the discovery of a body. The deceased was believed to be a woman in her 60s and police said her death is not being treated as suspicious.
Police have not named the woman but a force spokesman said that enquiries are ongoing to trace her next of kin.

He said: “At 10.15am on Thursday, November 24, police were called to reports of concerns for the welfare of a woman at an address on Dover Close, Runcorn.
“Officers attended the address, and a woman, believed to be in her 60s, was found dead inside the property.
“The death is not being treated as suspicious and a case file will be prepared for the coroner.”
