The body of a missing man has been found within the grounds of Dumfries House in East Ayrshire.
Police confirmed this morning that they had called off the search for Brian Loy, from Auchinleck, following the discovery.
The 50-year-old had been missing since Wednesday evening.
Mr Loy's death is not being treated as suspicious.
A spokesman for Police Scotland said: "At around 1.30pm on Saturday, the body of a man was found within the grounds of Dumfries House.
"The family of missing man Brian Loy have been informed.
"The death is not being treated as suspicious and a report will be sent to the procurator fiscal."
