The body of a man has been found in a hostel in the east end of Glasgow.
The tragic discovery was made at Tartan Lodge hostel on Alexandra Parade, with emergency services called to the scene at around 6.50pm last night (May 26).
Police and ambulance crews were at the scene last night and remain in attendance this morning.

Officers confirmed that the man's death is currently being treated as 'unexplained'.
A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 6.50 pm on Friday, 26 May 2023 police were called to a hostel on Alexandra Parade in Glasgow after a man was found deceased within.
"His death is being treated as unexplained pending the result of a post mortem examination. A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal."
