A body was found on a busy main road near a park.
Merseyside Police has confirmed the body of a man was found on Tuesday, October 18 at around 11.10pm. The force told the ECHO that emergency services rushed to Gateacre Park Drive on Tuesday night following a report of a man's body being found.
The man's death is not being treated as suspicious and a file has been passed to the coroner.

A Merseyside Police spokesperson said: "Emergency services attended following a report that a man’s body had been found on Gateacre Park Drive, Gateacre at around 11.10pm on Tuesday 18 October.
"The man’s death is not being treated as suspicious and a file has been passed to the coroner."
