A body has been found in search for missing man Ross Scaife who was vanished after a Stereophonics gig in Aberdeen on Sunday.
Police were called to the grim discovery in the Kirkhill Forest area of Dyce earlier this morning.
Formal identification is yet to take place, however, the family of the missing 40-year-old have been informed.
Ross Scaife attended the gig on East Burn Road on Sunday, March 20 and was last seen at the Aloft TECA Hotel at 11.55pm.
An urgent appeal was launched in an effort to trace his whereabouts.
The death is not being treated as suspicious and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
