A body has been found after a factory fire in Melbourne's north.
Flames took hold of the building at Dilop Drive, part of an industrial estate at Epping, about 3.40am on Thursday.
Fire crews put out the blaze and discovered a body inside.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation and a crime scene has been set up.
