Body Coach Joe Wicks has welcomed his third child with wife Rosie. The fitness guru - famous for his lockdown workouts - announced the happy news on Instagram.
Sharing photos of the new arrival with the rest of the family, he said the baby was born on Thursday morning (September 8). Joe and model Rosie already have a daughter called Indie and son Marley.
He said on Instagram: "It’s a girl. Rosie gave birth at 4.32am this morning at home to an 8lb healthy baby in the birthing pool.
"Thank you to Emily & Helen our wonderful midwives who where there every step of the way. Time to rest now. Lots of love the Wicks family."
Then, sharing another picture on Sunday (September 11) of the newborn with his 4.5 million followers on Instagram, he wrote: “Hello world. My name is Leni Blossom Wicks”

The star had earlier showed fans a photo of a home birthing pool in the living room of the couple's home and said Rosie was in labour. He wrote: "And we're off. Indie and Marley are asleep upstairs. Could be waking up with a new baby."
Joe wrote on Instagram when they announced the news in March: "I’ve been sooo excited to share this news. We are having another baby.
"Indie and Marley are super excited about having a little brother or sister. We can’t wait to welcome them into the world in September. Love you Rosie. Thank you for making me the happiest Dad in the world."
