After an impressive performance in Aashram, Bobby is set to woo the audience one more time! For his upcoming project, "Animal", which is scheduled for a theatrical release on August 11 this year, the 'Race 3' star seems to be putting in lots of hard work. In the movie, Bobby plays the role of a police officer, DCP Vishal Chaudhary.
The movie also stars Rashmika Mandanna, Ranbir Kapoor in lead roles and is directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga.
Recently, veteran actor Dharmendra had shared a video of Bobby working out. The video, shared on Instagram through dad Dharmendra's personal account, is impressive.
"Friends, My Bob very humbly Getting ready for some good roles," the proud father has captioned a video of his son doing some really intense workouts.
In the video we can see Bobby doing bench press dumbbell exercise, planks, pull ups, and other exercises.
Bobby Deol’s workout video is an inspiration not just for the youngsters but also for those who “slow down” after getting into their 40s or mid 40s. It is very essential to keep going with regular physical activity. Even global health agencies have warned against physical inactivity.
It is a wrong belief that with age one needs to slow down rigorous bodily activities. But the fact is, which has been proven by celebrities several times, the key to heavy workouts lies in the right technique, right diet and to keep doing it without paying attention to myths and wrong beliefs.
"Fantastic!," actor Rahul Dev has commented on Dharmendra’s post.
Times you ruin your workout (and make yourself prone to injury)
Dharmendra will be seen in Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, which is slated to be released on July 28.
