Bob Dylan has announced his first Scottish dates in five years.
The music legend, 81, will play two nights at the Glasgow Armadillo on October 30 and 31.
Despite his age The Rough And Rowdy Ways Worldwide Tour began last December in Milwaukee, USA. Since then, Bob Dylan has played 74 stellar concerts all over the country, performing to tens of thousands of rapturous fans.
The tour hits the UK in the autumn with nine shows starting with four intimate shows at London’s Palladium Theatre, before going to Cardiff, Hull Nottingham and two final shows in Glasgow.
Bob, who claimed in 2008 that his biggest inspiration is Rabbie Burns played his first Scottish gig in 1966 in Glasgow, last played Scotland at the Armadillo in 2017. For most of his career he’s played the SECC although he did play Stirling Castle in 2001.
Tickets for his two Scottish gigs at the Glasgow Armadillo go on sale on Friday at 10am.
