BNP Paribas Real Estate (BNPPRE) has appointed Tara Cowley to lead its new team offering planning and development advice across the key sectors.
Cowley was made head of Planning in Scotland at BNP Paribas and is joined by Jay Skinner as a senior planner.
She has 18 years’ experience and has led the Strutt & Parker planning team in Scotland for close to four years, specialising in the rural sector.
In her new role, she will lead a new team to offer expert planning and development advice across key property sectors.
Jay Skinner who has six-years’ experience in the private and public sector.
The new team will be based in the BNP Paribas Real Estate Edinburgh Office at 76 George Street, and will join Allan Matthews who was recently appointed as director of agency and& occupier solutions.
Cowley’s team forms part of BNPPRE and Strutt and Parker national planning and development divisions led by Caroline McDade and Simon Kibblewhite.
Cowley and Skinner will continue to work closely with Strutt & Parker rural business team in promoting strategic land and diversification opportunities as part of their role.
