Can I get free shipping with Bluetti?
All orders come with free standard shipping, so long as they are being sent to an address in one of the 48 contiguous US states. Bluetti takes 1 - 3 working days to process orders, and then a US-based courier such as UPS or FEDEX will deliver your items in 7 - 10 working days following order confirmation.
Can I get a Bluetti government discount?
All government employees who can verify by signing in to a GovX account can get 5% off their Bluetti orders. If you are a first responder (i.e. healthcare worker or member of the police or fire service), an active member of the military, retired veteran, or family member of a retired or active military member, simply sign in with your account to be sent your code.
Does Bluetti run a trade-in scheme?
Yes, customers who own Bluetti devices can trade them in for up to $1300 off their next order. To get started, head to the dedicated trade-in page on the brand's website and provide some details about the model and condition of your old device. Bluetti will send you a quote, and if you're happy with the price offered, you can send it to them in exchange for the quote price as store credit, which you can add to your next order for a considerable discount.
Can I return items to Bluetti?
Yes, Bluetti offers a 30 day returns policy, so if you aren't 100% happy with your purchase, get in touch with the customer service team to arrange a return. Note that Bluetti does offer return shipping, but the cost of this will be deducted from your refund total. If you prefer, you can arrange your own shipping at your own cost.

Once you've placed 3 orders, you'll earn an additional 500 points, and you'll also rank up through the different tiers of the program the more you spend. Once you've spent £10, you'll unlock access to exclusive offers, product trials, and discounted refurbished stock, then at £2000, you'll be sent invites to brand events and you can spend 1000 Bluetti Bucks to upgrade your account for better perks.
Let a friend know about Bluetti: When you're a Bluetti member, you can refer people you know to the brand to net them a discount and earn yourself a saving on your next order too. Just provide your details to be sent a unique code. When your friend uses it, they'll get an 8% discount on their order. Once their order has been confirmed, you'll also be sent your own code for 5% off.
Use the price match scheme: Bluetti Members can also price match any devices they buy up to 30 days after they've placed their order so you can be sure you're always getting the best price on the brand's range. To get started, just let the brand team know where you've seen your tech sold for less by providing a link. Once the offer has been verified, the price difference will be refunded to your account.
