The Baltimore Ravens have made multiple free agent signings over the course of the 2022 offseason so far. They’ve added safety Marcus Williams, offensive tackle Morgan Moses, and defensive lineman Michael Pierce, as well as re-signing fullback Patrick Ricard.
When looking at one 2022 free agent that could help each NFL team, David Kenyon of Bleacher Report picked a familiar face for Baltimore in defensive lineman Calais Campbell. Kenyon talked about how the fit is already there, and Campbell has familiarity.
“Calais Campbell spent the past two seasons with the Baltimore Ravens, and they are hoping to bring him back. According to Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic, head coach John Harbaugh said general manager Eric DeCosta and Campbell are “talking regularly.”..The 14-year veteran would be a useful piece for a defensive line in need of greater depth. Campbell is past his prime, sure, but he could contribute at either D-end or tackle.”
