Fifteen tonnes of hay caught fire on a farm in North Somerset yesterday afternoon (April 21).
The fire service was called to the fire at the farm in Nailsea at 2.37pm. With no hydrants nearby, a pump had to be used to provide a water relay.
Fire crews from Clevedon and Nailsea were called to the fire, which involved 15 tonnes of hay.

In a tweet, Clevedon Fire Station said: "21/4 1437hrs | 1 pump mobilised to assist @AFRSNailsea at fire involving 15tonnes of hay on a farm in Nailsea. With no hydrants nearby, our pump provided a water relay by collecting water from the nearest hydrant & delivering it to the scene of operations. #OnCall #TeamAvon."
Also this week, fire services were called to a beloved community "men's shed" which was burnt down by "arsonists". Pictures uploaded to Twitter by Clevedon Fire Station show charred remains after flames ripped through the building in the North Somerset area.
