The It Ends With Us saga continues after Blake Lively alleged that Justin Baldoni made two other female co-stars on set “uncomfortable” during filming.
In a 141-page complaint filed on Wednesday (local time), Lively’s camp claimed that the Gossip Girl actor wasn’t the only person to feel uneasy around Baldoni and that two other women on set were willing to testify at trial to back that claim up.
“Ms. Lively was not alone in complaining about Mr. Baldoni and raised her concerns contemporaneously as they arose in 2023,” the claim read.
“Importantly, and contrary to the entire narrative Defendants have invented, Mr. Baldoni acknowledged the complaints in writing at the time. He knew that women other than Ms. Lively also were uncomfortable and had complained about his behaviour.”
Although the women were not named in Lively’s complaint, they have reportedly given permission to “share the substance of their communications” and will “testify and produce responsive documents in the discovery process”.

The amended complaint document alleges that Lively reported misconduct by Baldoni and fellow producer Jamey Heath in May 2023 to the film’s Sony representative Ange Gianetti. A few days later on May 26 2023, another female cast member reported “her own concerns regarding Mr. Baldoni’s unwelcome behaviour to both Ms. Gianetti and one of the film’s producers”.
On June 1, 2023, the complaint claims that Baldoni responded to this complaint in writing “acknowledging that he was aware of her concerns and that adjustments would be made”.
“Notwithstanding that promise, Wayfarer took no actions to investigate this reported conduct, nor did it implement any protections at that time,” the complaint alleges.
“Just one week later, on June 8, 2023, the same female cast member told Ms. Lively about her growing concerns with the conditions on set and that she found it difficult to talk to Mr. Baldoni.”
It also claimed another female cast member “confided to Ms. Lively that she too felt uncomfortable on set” just under a year before the editing of the film began.

Along with the accounts of the two other women, the amended suit also alleges that Baldoni’s lawyer Bryan Freedman has made “inflammatory content to media outlets” by “saying anything, whether false or true, that will harm Ms. Lively’s credibility and intimidate others from speaking up on her behalf”.
Plus, crisis PR specialist Jed Wallace and his company Street Relations Inc. has now been named in the lawsuit.
In response, Baldoni and Wayfarer’s legal team gave Variety an official statement, in which they said they were taking Lively’s complaint seriously and slammed her husband, Ryan Reynolds, for the joke he made referencing their legal squabble on Saturday Night Live‘s 50th Anniversary Special.
“Our clients have been transparent in providing receipts, real-time documents and video showing a completely different story than what has been manipulated and cherry-picked to the media,” the statement read.

“Our clients have taken this matter and these issues very seriously notwithstanding the jokes made publicly by the plaintiff and her husband,” the statement continued.
“Her underwhelming amended complaint is filled with unsubstantial hearsay of unnamed persons who are clearly no longer willing to come forward or publicly support her claims.
“Since documents do not lie and people do, the upcoming depositions of those who initially supported Ms. Lively’s false claims and those who are witnesses to her own behaviour will be enlightening. What is truly uncomfortable here is Ms. Lively’s lack of actual evidence.”
Ouchie mama!
Justin Baldoni and Blake Lively are set to go to trial for this case on March 9 2026.
