With so much choice when it comes to TV, film and music streaming services, choosing the right option can be bewildering. All of them have their own unique selling points: For TV and film, each have their own exclusive films, TV series and family favourites, while some allow you to watch live or on-demand sporting events.
As for music streaming services, they tend to differentiate themselves by offering us ever-evolving curated playlists, exclusive artist content and a wide variety of audio delivery - from CD quality through to hi-res and 360-degree audio. Basically, there are pros and cons to all of them - and prices to match.
I've been covering Black Friday since 2019 and in that time I've seen some streaming services come online for the first time - and it's always a brilliant time to sign up to a new service as more often than not, they cut their price plans to tempt you in.
It's a great way to explore what a TV, film or music streaming service has to offer without handing over a fistful of cash right off the bat.
I've spent a lot of time with services including Spotify, Amazon Music Unlimited, Apple Music and Tidal, while I've also delved into Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, Paramount+, NOW TV, Netflix and more.
With that in mind, I'll be picking out a selection of streaming service deals ahead of Black Friday as soon as I see any bargains, I'll add them right here. Below you'll find more information and FAQ so you can stay in the loop.

Black Friday FAQ
When do the Black Friday streaming deals start?
As always, Black Friday takes place the day after Thanksgiving in the US, with this year's big sales event taking place on November 29. The Black Friday streaming deals will continue right through that weekend and right into Cyber Monday on December 2.
I'm keeping my eyes on promotions and deals on music, film and TV streaming services and bringing you our favourites. So whether you want to explore a new streaming service or check out all the latest Black Friday music deals, I'll have it all covered right here on Louder.
What streaming deals can I expect to see?
I've been covering Black Friday since 2019 and have seen great discounts on TV, film and music streaming services in that time, making it an ideal occasion to explore a new service.
It's a hugely competitive market and I expect to see generous discounts on packages, extended trial periods and even cheaper deals on some of their 'with ads' subscriptions - a feature that's become increasingly common over recent years.
Last year I saw savings from streaming services including Amazon Music Unlimited, Disney+, Hulu, HBO Max, Paramount+, Peacock TV - and it's also worth noting that many of the big online shopping giants have been known to throw in a streaming subscription free for up to six months when buying a Bluetooth speaker or pair of headphones. This can sometimes be squirrelled away in the small print, so keep your eyes peeled.
I have experience with the majority of UK streaming services, so I'll be keeping on top of the Black Friday TV, film and music streaming deals that I think are worth your time and posting them on this page so you don't miss out.
Shopping tips
With so many streaming services available to us, many of them will be cutting prices on their subscriptions on Black Friday. Keeping track of everything on offer on top of all the other deals flying around will be like spinning plates, but myself and the Louder team will be on hand to bring you all the latest offers, so keep this page bookmarked and check back often over the Black Friday weekend.
But to get you started, check out the streaming services as soon as you can to see if what they're offering appeals. For example, if you want access to the entire Star Wars universe and all things Marvel, then Disney+ is the streaming service for you. If you want hi-res music streaming, Tidal is one of the best, while Spotify is amazing for curated playlists.
Make a note and check the sites' social media channels around Black Friday - and don't forget to check this page too. Many offer extended trial periods, discounts and bundle deals.
How we choose services
Myself and the Louder team consume much of our TV, films and music through streaming services, but even though we may each have our individual favourites, I'll only be bringing you the Black Friday streaming deals I think offer real value for money and worth your time.
I'll be constantly monitoring all the streaming services to see what content is added, the quality of TV & film streams, and if music streams really deliver on their audio output.
Why you can trust us
This will be my sixth year covering Black Friday full-time and I enjoy bringing music fans top deals I think you'll love. Over the past 10 years working across the site, I've written more than 11,000 articles covering everything from the latest rock and metal news, to writing features, interviewing artists and reviewing speakers, headphones and more. I also look after all Louder's dozens of buyers guides which cover turntables, earplugs, CD players, cassettes, Lego kits, beer dispensers and more.
I all have subscriptions to a variety of TV, film and music streaming services and have jumped between many of them too, so I know exactly what you're getting for your money and can put forward recommendations from personal experience.
Myself and the team are also avid TV and film watchers and keep up to date with what's hot on streaming services such as Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, Apple TV and more. We're just as happy downloading series for watching while away from home as we are kicking back on the sofa on a Friday night with a binge-worthy box set.
This means I can give you all the information you need before you hand over your cash on one of the Black Friday streaming deals.
