A man obsessed with body modification and determined to transform himself into a "black alien" has had the skin carved out of his head to spell his nickname.
Anthony Loffredo's extreme look means he is constantly stared at in public and he previously admitted that his tattoo obsession has made it difficult for him to get a job. However, the Frenchman has also gained a significant fanbase over his extra-terrestrial appearance, and recently revealed what might be his most gruesome modification yet.
In a clip shared with his 1.3million Instagram followers, Anthony shows off the side of his head - which now has the word 'alien' carved into it. His black-tattooed skin has been sliced out, with the red letters forming his nickname, the Daily Star reports.
Anthony suggested in the video that he's not even halfway to reaching his target in the caption, writing: "Black alien project evolution 45%."
And his legion of fans, who liked the post more than 100,000 times, were stunned. "You go too far, you go too far," one simply wrote.
Another asked: "Bro why? And you wonder why it's so hard to get a job."
Others offered some rather outrageous suggestions for what Anthony should get done next. "Take an eye out and put it on a necklace," one commented.
And someone else added: "Not even ET dared that much."
