Two hundred free meals for two are being randomly offered to lucky diners at French-style Bistrot Pierre restaurants to celebrate the launch of a new menu. Diners at the Nottingham restaurant, in Milton Street, will need to check their receipt to see if they have been selected as one of the lucky winners to enjoy a complimentary meal from the new Menu Pierre on their next visit.
The new set price menu – which features a three-course meal and a drink for £22.95 – includes a selection of Bistrot Pierre’s renowned traditional French classics and can be enjoyed with a complimentary glass of its signature Cuvée 22 wine, a pint of Biére 94 or a soft drink.
Available from 12pm every day, starters on the new Menu Pierre include French onion soup and chicken liver parfait, followed by mains such as boeuf bourguignon, steak-frites and chicken chasseur. The "deliciously affordable" menu also features a selection of desserts for those who wish to indulge in something sweet afterwards, including sticky toffee pudding, pot au chocolate and the French classic crème brûlée.

A two-course option, which also includes a complimentary drink, is available for £19.95. Nick White, CEO of Bistrot Pierre said: “We introduced a three-course set evening menu featuring a drink earlier this year, which was very well received by our customers, especially in this current economic climate.
“We’ve now taken this one step further to offer the fixed price menu all day with a greater selection of dishes and complimentary drinks, giving our customers even more to choose from – and what better way to celebrate this than to give our diners the option to come back and enjoy a meal on us.
“We want our customers to have the option to arrive knowing exactly how much they are going to be spending when enjoying lunch or dinner out with friends, family or colleagues, so they can relax during their visit and there are no hidden surprises when the bill arrives.”
Bistrot Pierre is also giving away 200 bottles of its premium wine – which has been specially produced for the restaurant by its long-term wine partner, Frédéric Garrabou, to celebrate over 25 years of the Bistrot Pierre brand. The exclusive Cuvée 22 wine comes in a beautifully designed bottle created and is available in red, white and rosé.
The 200 meals will be given out at random by Bistrot Pierre's 18 restaurants across the UK until Wednesday November 9. The selected winners have until Wednesday November 30 to redeem their complimentary meal for two from the three-course Menu Pierre only. Diners will need to check their receipt to see if a redeemable code has been generated for them to use on their next visit.
For those who are chosen to receive a free bottle of Cuvée 22 wine, a code will also be produced on their receipt, and this can be redeemed towards Bistrot Pierre’s Cuvée 22 red, white or rose.
