Bills OT Dion Dawkins says Miami is their city after Week 18 win

The Miami Dolphins and Buffalo Bills have sparked a bitter rivalry in recent years that’s been rather one-sided, as Josh Allen and company have dominated the aqua and orange for some time now.

Sunday night’s meeting for the AFC East was just the most recent example of the feud, as the Bills went into Hard Rock Stadium and stole the division title and the No. 2 seed in the AFC playoffs right from the Dolphins.

There’s been a fair share of chirping involved between the two sides, and Bills offensive tackle Dion Dawkins added to it after the win by claiming that Miami belongs to the Bills.

It may be hurtful, but, from his perspective, he’s not wrong. Since Dawkins joined the Bills as a second-round pick in 2017, Buffalo is 5-2 in games at Hard Rock Stadium and 13-2 against Miami overall.

If the Dolphins want to claim that they’re one of the league’s top teams and have one of the best home-field advantages in the NFL, they’ll need to beat the Bills at home and do so consistently.
