The Arizona Cardinals did not make the postseason, so their fans get to watch the playoffs with no true rooting interest. However, there are some Cardinals-related reasons to watch because every team left in the postseason has soon-to-be free agents and some could end up offseason targets for Arizona.
The Denver Broncos and Buffalo Bills play the first of three playoff games on Sunday.
Below are some players on Buffalo’s roster scheduled to be free agents who could be potential targets for some of the Cardinals’ offseason needs
Potentials Cardinals free agent targets on Bills
LS Reid Ferguson
Aaron Brewer is set to be a free agent and is 34 years old. Does he want to play?
Ferguson has been Buffalo’s long snapper for the last eight years. He is 30 years old.
S Damar Hamlin
The Cardinals currently don’t need a safety, but they could move on from Jalen Thompson after extending Budda Baker. That would mean adding safety depth or a starting-caliber player at the position. Hamlin started 14 games, had two interceptions, 89 tackles and five pass breakups.
